We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious Store Manager to help lead our Fuel & Outdoor Living Store & Showroom.

As Store Manager, you'll work directly alongside the owners, helping to shape the future of Monahan's. You'll have the opportunity to become a trusted, valued and influential member of our leadership team, with real opportunities to grow as the business continues to expand.

What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people, creating exceptional customer experiences and making a real impact on a growing business.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to work closely with our warehouse management and eCommerce team, ensuring strong communication and alignment across all areas of the business.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to create structure, improve processes and maintain high standards.
- A creative eye for merchandising and visual displays, helping customers imagine how products can transform their homes and outdoor spaces.
- Confidence to bring fresh ideas, identify opportunities and continuously add value to the business.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example.
- Experience in fuel, retail, garden, hardware or outdoor living is an advantage but not essential.
