We currently have vacancies for Experienced and Trainee Service Engineers to cover our growing number of customers in the Munster area.
What do we want from you?
- A full clean driving licence
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Perform duties with minimal supervision
- Must be comfortable with driving throughout Munster.
- General IT and network experience would be an advantage, and experience of servicing and installation of MFD’s/Printers and related software preferred; however the candidate will receive training in a wide range of skillsets as the role evolves.
- Have strong time management and customer service skills
- Read, write and follow English instructions
What will you do:
- Installation and commissioning of our Ricoh/Brother/Epson Range of office equipment
- Preventative maintenance and emergency call outs
- Maintenance of managed print services software related to Ricoh multifunctional devices and printers, with a strong emphasis on all aspects of managed print service and related IT Solutions.
- Providing accurate reports from each job attendance
- Ensuring that van stock levels are correct
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
