We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cook to join our team at Cliffs View Café, located at the iconic Cliffs of Moher. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy daytime café serving both local customers and visitors from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a range of café dishes, light lunches, soups, sandwiches, and daily specials
- Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Follow food safety, HACCP, and hygiene procedures at all times
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and well stocked
- Help deliver a positive experience for every customer
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a café, deli, restaurant, or busy kitchen environment
- A passion for fresh, quality food
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Relevant culinary qualifications are an advantage but not essential
