The Role
As Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating our Operations team and field operatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations run efficiently while maintaining excellent communication across teams. This position offers significant potential for career progression within a company experiencing continued growth.
The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, solution-driven, and thrive in a busy team environment. You will have previous experience managing or leading a team and be comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Essential Requirements
- Team leadership experience with strong people management skills
- Relevant experience in a similar coordination or operations role
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Experience in logistics, construction, utilities and/or the water industry will be highly regarded
