General Operative / Warehouse & Delivery Driver

Premier Tyres Ltd is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Operative / Warehouse & Delivery Driver to join our team at our Lullymore, Co. Kildare distribution centre.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Main Duties
The successful candidate will work as part of our warehouse and distribution team. Duties will include:
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Loading and unloading tyres
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Putting stock away and maintaining an organised warehouse
- Assisting with general warehouse duties
- Delivering customer orders when required
- Checking deliveries to ensure orders are complete and accurate
- Keeping warehouse and work areas clean, tidy and safe
- Following company health and safety procedures
- Working as part of the team to ensure customer orders are prepared and dispatched on time
Requirements
- Full, clean driving licence – essential
- Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to safely carry out the manual handling duties associated with the role, including the handling, loading and unloading of tyres
- Willingness to follow all health and safety and manual handling procedures
- Previous warehouse, delivery or general operative experience would be an advantage but is not essential
- Training will be provided where required
