Sorcon Plant Limited is recruiting experienced Concrete Pump Operators to join their team.
Your Responsibilities
- Set up, rig, operate and de-rig concrete pumping equipment safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and site conditions.
- Position outriggers, pipelines, hoses and placing booms correctly and pump concrete accurately to the required areas while communicating with site supervisors, concrete delivery drivers and placing crews.
- Carry out daily equipment inspections, identify and report defects, monitor pump pressure and blockages, and complete routine cleaning and basic maintenance after each concrete pour.
- Follow site risk assessments, exclusion zones, safety procedures and environmental requirements, complete the necessary job records, and perform other reasonable duties directly associated with concrete pump operations.
- Move, sort, and manage materials safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily pre-use machine checks and report defects
- Follow all on-site health & safety procedures at all times
Pay: From €36,605.00 per year
