About You
You're an experienced sales professional who enjoys the challenge of working independently, identifying new business opportunities, and creating meaningful customer experiences. You excel at building relationships and have a commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home surveys and provide tailored quotations for residential, commercial, and contract clients.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Manage the customer journey from initial contact through follow-up, using negotiation skills to close sales.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, helping maintain our market-leading position.
- Stay informed on market trends and product innovations, offering valuable feedback to management.
What We Require
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in the trade industry, with a strong record of achieving targets.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, computer, and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to time management, prioritization, and organization.
- Full, clean driving license and flexibility to work variable hours based on client needs.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluent English is essential.
