Full Time Permanent Position
The Trainee Alarm Installer position involves the installation and maintenance of wire free & wired security and safety systems in both the residential and small business market. This role will require a passion for excellent customer satisfaction and the ability to recommend additional measures that customers can take to enhance their overall level of security and safety.

- Experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction is essential
- A clean manual driving licence

Key Duties of the Trainee Alarm Installer:
- The position involves the installation and maintenance of alarm systems.
- Carry out a comprehensive risk assessment and recommend additional components customers should consider purchasing to enhance their overall level of security and safety.
- Recommendation and Up-sale of additional components to customers in line with agreed targets.
Key Skills & Experience of the Trainee Alarm Installer:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and complete job related documentation.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction is essential.
- Experience in sales or the ability to sell is essential for this role.
- SAFEPASS, manual handling and working at heights (ladder) certification is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
