Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Property Administrator to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for someone looking for part-time hours during the school day or someone returning to the workforce.
As the first point of contact for many of our clients and tenants, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our property management portofolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing RTB registrations and tenancy administration.
- Preparing and issuing invoices.
- Answering telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and clients.
- Scheduling and coordinating our technicians for maintenance and repairs.
- Organising and confirming property viewings.
- Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records.
- Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the office.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- A positive, professional, and approachable manner.
- Previous administration or property experience is necessary, full training will be provided.
