We are looking for a part time Bakery Assistant in Ryan's Centra Fermoy to help the team.
Shifts are Monday to Friday from 5:45am to 10:30am.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily production — preparing, baking, and finishing breads, pastries, and other bakery items
- Food safety — following HACCP standards, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring correct storage
- Stock management — rotating products, checking dates, and keeping displays full and appealing

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Good time management and attention to detail
Pay is dependent on experience. Full training is provided. This position is not suitable for students.
Pay: From €14.15 per hour
