Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, processing customer orders, liaising with sales representatives and suppliers, and supporting efficient scheduling of sales appointments and site call-outs. This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders and customer requirements accurately. Role Reports to the Sales Coordinator and Company Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and pricing for windows, doors, and verandas for residential and commercial projects.
- Process and manage customer orders from quotations through to ordering.
- Liaise closely with sales representatives to ensure accurate specifications and timely order processing.
- Review architectural drawings and customer requirements to produce accurate estimates.
- Order products from suppliers while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Ensure all orders complied with company standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinate veranda site call-outs by liaising with customers and scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
- Organise sales representatives' diaries, ensuring appointments are efficiently planned to maximise productivity and minimise travel time.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in windows, doors, construction, manufacturing, scheduling or a similar industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing quotations and processing orders.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, email and standard computer applications (including word, excel, outlook)
- Distinct advantage - Ability to read and understand customer requirements, sales notes and basic architectural drawings.

Pay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
