We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with customers, and helping drive business growth through excellent service and proactive sales activity.
You will be responsible for taking incoming calls, making outbound sales calls to existing customers and prospective clients, processing sales enquiries, and supporting the sales team with a range of administrative duties. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships while helping to achieve company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Make outbound sales calls to existing customers and prospective clients.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote company products and services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals.
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status updates.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or an internal sales role.
- Excellent communication and telephone manner.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.
- Confident in making outbound sales calls and developing customer relationships.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
