As demand for sustainable energy continues to rise, Energy Centre is expanding its nationwide sales team and is seeking ambitious, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join us with an immediate start.
About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will receive comprehensive training to conduct professional home energy consultations and advise homeowners on the benefits of renewable energy products.
This is a structured, appointment-based role with no cold calling required. Each Sales Representative is provided with up to 15 pre-qualified appointments per week with homeowners who have already expressed an interest in our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend all scheduled customer appointments.
- Conduct home energy surveys and assessments.
- Present tailored solar and renewable energy solutions to homeowners.
- Follow the company's proven sales methodology and processes.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Represent Energy Centre professionally and positively at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Full clean Irish driving licence.
- Must satisfy company vehicle insurance requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical and organisational abilities.
- Self-motivated, professional and target-driven.
- A positive attitude and a desire to succeed.

Pay: €36,400.00-€100,000.00 per year
