Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Crew Members to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest receives quick, accurate, and friendly service. You will rotate across different stations, including the front counter and kitchen, to keep daily operations running smoothly. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Order Management
- Welcome customers warmly and guide them through the ordering process.
- Operate POS systems and cash registers to process cash and card payments accurately.
- Answer menu questions regarding ingredients, nutritional values, and promotions.
- Resolve complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the manager on duty.
Food Preparation & Quality Control
- Prepare menu items strictly following company recipes and portion controls.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and assembly stations safely.
- Package to-go items and delivery orders securely to maintain food quality.
- Monitor stock levels at your station and restock ingredients before peak hours.
Cleanliness & Food Safety
- Sanitise workstations, kitchen counters, and equipment throughout your shift.
- Maintain dining areas by clearing tables, sweeping floors, and emptying trash bins.
- Adhere to food safety laws regarding temperature tracking, cross-contamination, and personal hygiene.
Skills and Attributes
- Speed and efficiency: Ability to remain calm and work fast during busy lunch and dinner rushes.
- Strong communication: Clear verbal skills to interact with guests and coordinate with kitchen staff.
- Multitasking capabilities: Comfort switching between different stations and tasks seamlessly.
- Team player: A collaborative attitude focused on helping coworkers hit hourly sales and service goals.
- Basic numeracy: Comfort handling cash and giving back exact change.
Requirements & Working Conditions
- Experience: Prior experience in hospitality or retail is a plus but not required; full training is provided.
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg.
- Scheduling flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Age/Legal requirements: Legal right to work in the country.
