Role Purpose
Responsible for growing recurring revenue through the sale, renewal, and expansion of Service & Maintenance Contracts across the KSS service offering, while also identifying appropriate cross-sell opportunities across the wider Ranger Ireland Group.
Key Responsibilities
Sell new KSS service and maintenance contracts. Ensure a clear understanding of all applicable Irish Regulations & Standards.
Manage renewals and upsell additional services
Develop long-term client relationships
Support compliant cross-selling across the Ranger Ireland Group
Maintain pipeline and CRM data
Provide weekly sales reporting

Skills & Experience
- B2B sales experience (service/compliance preferred)
- Strong relationship management skills
- CRM proficiency
- Full clean driving licence
Commission & OTE Structure
Base Salary: €35,000 – €45,000 DOE
On-Target Earnings (OTE): €65,000 – €75,000
Commission paid quarterly on works invoiced.
