General Manager - Dublin City / Dublin South
Our client, a leading and well-established retail business, is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Manager to lead a high-performing store in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused retail leader with experience managing large-format, high-volume retail operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, commercial success, and operational excellence of the store, while leading and developing a large management and in-store team.
Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the commercial and operational performance of a high-volume retail store

Lead, motivate, and develop a large management team across multiple departments

Drive sales growth, profitability, and KPI performance through strong commercial leadership

Deliver exceptional customer experience standards across all areas of the business

Analyse trading reports, sales figures, and operational data to implement effective action plans

Ensure high standards across store presentation, compliance, stock management, and operations
-
Create a positive and high-performing culture focused on engagement, accountability, and results

Work closely with senior leadership to deliver business objectives and strategic initiatives
Requirements
-
Current General Manager, Store Manager, or Senior Retail Manager experience within a large-scale fashion, department store, grocery, or high-volume retail environment

Proven track record managing large teams and delivering strong commercial performance

Strong leadership and people management skills with experience developing management teams

Commercially astute with excellent analytical and decision-making ability

Passionate about customer experience and operational excellence

Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
