Our client a leading parcel company is currently seeking a driven and experienced Team Leader to assist the efficient operation of their Warehouse
Shifts are Monday to Friday days
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing warehouse and distribution team.
- Drive performance through effective leadership, coaching and continuous improvement.
- Ensure operational excellence in stock control, vehicle standards and delivery accuracy.
- Enforce safety, security and compliance protocols across the distribution environment.
- Investigate service issues and implement preventative measures.
- Lead briefings to align team goals and communicate operational changes.

- Proven experience managing a warehouse and distribution functions.
