Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Call Handling: Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers to identify service needs, gather details, and determine job priority.
- Engineer Dispatching: Schedule and send engineers or technicians to client locations based on their availability, skills, and geographic proximity to the job.
- Resource Coordination: Monitor engineer locations and progress in real-time, adjusting schedules to accommodate emergencies or cancellations.
- Administrative Support: Log all service calls in a database (like a CRM or FSM system), maintain accurate work records, and prepare daily schedules.
- Customer Liaison: Provide customers with estimated arrival times, service status updates, and follow up to ensure work was completed satisfactorily. Fieldproxy - AI +4
Essential Skills
- Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to relay complex instructions to engineers and professional updates to customers.
- Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple engineers' schedules while simultaneously handling a high volume of calls.
- Problem-Solving: Critical thinking to resolve scheduling conflicts, technician absences, or travel delays under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with dispatching software (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceMax) and office tools like Microsoft Excel.
- Geographic Knowledge: Familiarity with the service area to plan efficient travel routes and minimize travel time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €28,000.00-€33,000.00 per year
