Job role requirements:
- Must have a good understanding of cleaning and great communication skills to support cleaning operatives

Understanding incleaning equipment:
- Powerwashing
- Gutter machine
- Window cleaning
- Using buffing machine
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment to high standards
- Prioritise health and safety at all levels
- Hand’s on and prepared to help, guide and support operatives to achieve required service levels
- Due to the nature of the role, weekend work could be required for which you will be notified in advance and paid accordingly
- To assess cleaning material requirements for his/her area of responsibility and ensuring the economical and safe use of same.
- To ensure the good timekeeping of all staff under his/her control.
- To ensure that any defects on site noted and reported to property manager and RCH, by email
- To report to Manager any incident(s) pertinent to Security, Health & Safety, timekeeping etc. and ensuring cleaning staff report all damage, defects.
- Wages sheets to be sent on weekly basis by email.
- Any accidents or damaged to vehicles has to be reported as per instructions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €15.00-€15.50 per hour
