Job Title: Part-Time Floor Staff

About Us Bodega and Burzza are vibrant, fast-paced restaurants known for great food, friendly service, and a lively atmosphere. We’re looking for an experienced Floor Staff professional to join our team part-time.
Role Overview You’ll deliver warm, efficient front-of-house service: greeting and seating guests, running food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and keeping the floor and service stations organized. You’ll work closely with servers, bartenders, and the kitchen to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and engage guests with confident, friendly service.
- Run food and drinks promptly and accurately.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables; maintain a tidy, presentable dining room.
- Keep server stations stocked (cutlery, glassware, napkins, condiments).
- Assist with POS support, payment handling, and basic bill queries as needed.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
- Communicate clearly with the team and support peak-service needs.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ recent floor experience in a busy restaurant environment.
- Strong service mindset with excellent communication and teamwork.
- Confident carrying multiple plates/trays; comfortable on your feet for long periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
- Valid food handling knowledge/certification preferred.
Hours and Pay
- 10–15 hours per week to start.
- Additional hours available for the right candidate based on performance and business needs.
