Data & IT Coordinator
Are you organised, analytical, and comfortable working with data in Microsoft Excel? Avis Budget Car Rental Ireland is looking for someone to join our team at our Roscommon office.
This is a hands-on role covering both pricing analysis and basic IT support, suited to someone who can work on their own initiative and is comfortable dealing with a mix of data management tasks and IT support issues.
Pricing & Data
- Carrying out regular pricing surveys to gather competitor and market data
- Analysing results and presenting clear, practical summaries
- Building and maintaining structured pricing sheets in Excel
- Ensuring accuracy when updating and transferring data between Excel and internal systems
- Maintaining core operational data, including vehicle information, availability, and related records
- Producing reports and summaries to support business decision-making
- Monitoring data quality and consistency, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring high standards
Basic IT Support
- Assisting with day-to-day IT support, including routine user queries
- Supporting user setup and access management
- Investigating and resolving basic system or user issues, escalating where required

This role is based on a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday. Some out of hours, weekend and Bank Holiday availability may be required on a rota basis, dependent on business requirements.
