The Role:
We are seeking EXPERIENCED Bar Tender, - 4-5 days over 7 to include weekends and public holidays.
Competitive salary/rates will apply to this position.
Main Duties:
- Take a leading role in the bar while on duty.
- Take an active role in the development of the bar/bar trade.
- Ensure service standards are being delivered within the bars while on duty.
- Working behind the bar/preparing drinks
- General bar service duties
- Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times
- Hygiene duties
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience as a Bartender-is a must!
- Must be enthusiastic and have great customer focus
- Must be able to develop more junior team members.
- Have a leadership presence within the bar.
- Must be available to work late nights and weekend shifts.
- Must have a good knowledge of the beverage/bar industry/product range
- Excellent communications and people skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team

Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
