About The Role

Lead and manage all kitchen operations across the hotel’s restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service functions.

Design and develop seasonal menus that reflect quality, creativity, and profitability.

Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure excellent performance and teamwork.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Monitor food costs, portion control, and kitchen budgets to maximise profitability.
-
Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
-
Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships efficiently.
-
Coordinate with front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
-
Handle guest feedback professionally and implement improvements where necessary.

Oversee kitchen scheduling and staffing requirements.
-
Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout all kitchen areas.

Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent culinary knowledge and passion for food innovation.

Good understanding of budgeting, food costing, and inventory control.

Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
