This is a fast-paced role where priorities can change quickly and urgent customer jobs are common. The successful person will help ensure that the right jobs are completed, to the right standard and within the agreed timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and co-ordinate daily and weekly production.
- Prioritise jobs across design, print, manufacturing, finishing and fitting.
- Ensure artwork, materials, measurements and approvals are ready before production begins.
- Monitor job progress and resolve delays or production issues.
- Liaise with sales, design, workshop and installation teams.
- Respond effectively to urgent and last-minute customer requirements.
- Ensure weekly production and output targets are achieved.
- Reduce bottlenecks, rework, waste and unnecessary delays.
- Maintain accurate job status and delivery information.
Skills and Experience
Experience in signage, digital print, graphics, manufacturing or production planning would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Good commercial awareness.
- The confidence to set priorities and follow up with people.
- The ability to remain calm when plans change.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A practical, hands-on and results-focused approach.
