We are looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to support site management work at K2 on a short-term contract (approximately 4–8 weeks).
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, fit-out, refurbishment, or interior projects, with strong organisational and communication skills.
Immediate availability is preferred.
Requirements:
● Currently based in Ireland and legally entitled to work in Ireland
● Previous experience working on construction, M&E, fit-out or data centre projects
● Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on live construction sites
● Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and safe systems of work
● Experience with site documentation including RAMS, permits and daily reporting
● Strong organisational and communication skills
● Ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesd Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
● day-to-day site coordination
● Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress against programme
● Attend daily site meetings and communicate actions to site teams
● Assist with planning upcoming works and resolving site issues
● Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with Health & Safety requirements
● Monitor RAMS, permits to work and site compliance documentation
● Liaise with the client, suppliers and subcontractors
● Maintain project trackers, progress reports and site records
● Assist with material deliveries, logistics and workforce coordination
● Identify risks, delays and potential programme impacts, escalating where required
