About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Childcare Supervisor for our new School-Age Childcare service at Kilnamanagh FC
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and professional team dedicated to providing high-quality care for children in a fun, inclusive, and engaging environment.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a compliant, safe, and well-structured childcare service while supporting staff and delivering a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support staff within the service
- Maintain full compliance with childcare regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate and deliver age-appropriate activities
- Walk children safely to and from school
- Provide breakfast and dinner service
- Support children with homework and daily routines
- Maintain professional standards at all times
Remuneration
Supervisor: €18.30 per hour
- Discretionary Christmas Bonus
Additional Remuneration with Qualifications
- QQI ELC Level 5: +€0.50 per hour
- QQI ELC Level 6: +€1.00 per hour
- QQI ELC Level 7: +€1.50 per hour
- QQI ELC Level 8: +€2.00 per hour

Candidate Requirements
- QQI Level 5 or 6 in Early Learning and Care (ELC) desirable
- Candidates currently studying Level 5 may be considered
- Experience in school-age childcare is an advantage but not essential
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
