We are recruiting Project Administrators to join our team on a 12‑month fixed-term contract to support the delivery of several key initiative roll-outs.
The Project Administrator role will provide essential coordination and administrative assistance to the Redemption Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of operations.
Working closely with operational leads and cross-functional teams, this role will support scheduling, documentation, reporting, and communication activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining organisation, accuracy, and consistency across redemption operations, helping to ensure high service standards and effective stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Redemption Team, ensuring efficient operations.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications with internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and trackers related to redemption activities.
- Support the processing and management of operational data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for internal reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure adherence to documentation standards.
- Respond to queries from retailers, partners, and internal teams in a professional and timely manner.
- Support logistics coordination, including onboarding documentation, compliance tracking, and operational administration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes within the Redemption Team.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Availability for 3 days onsite per week.

Essential
- 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational support role.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience working in a busy, process-driven or customer-facing environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Desirable
- Experience supporting logistics, operations, or supply chain teams.
- Experience in a regulated or high-volume operational environment.
- Familiarity with data tracking, reporting tools, or CRM systems.
