Head Service Engineer (RGII Registered Plumber) | €65,000–€75,000 + €20,000 Performance Bonus | Dublin Earn up to €95,000 per year!
Venture Home & Heating Services is expanding and is looking for an experienced RGII Registered Plumber / Head Service Engineer to lead our growing service team across Dublin.

The Role
As our Head Service Engineer, you will:
- Diagnose, service and repair domestic gas and oil boilers.
- Lead by example while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Support and mentor fellow engineers.
- Help oversee the daily operation of the service department.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
What We're Looking For
- Current RGI Registration (essential)
- Minimum 2 years' experience servicing gas boilers
- Experience working on both gas and oil boilers
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well organised and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Full clean driving licence
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates
