Wiring Harness Design: Develop wiring harnesses for medical equipment, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and UL requirements, industry standards, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Product Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and product designers, to seamlessly integrate wiring harnesses into medical devices while meeting regulatory standards.
Electronic & Electrical Component Selection: Select appropriate wiring components, connectors, and materials to meet the specific needs of each medical equipment project, considering ISO 13485 and UL compliance.
Prototyping: Create prototypes and perform testing to validate wiring harness designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and make necessary improvements.
Documentation: Generate detailed engineering documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and manufacturing instructions, adhering to ISO 13485 documentation requirements.
