Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the Used Car Sales team.

Achieve sales targets and department goals.

Manage used vehicle stock.

Deliver an excellent customer experience.

Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Ensure the showroom and vehicle displays are presented to a high standard.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a Used Car Sales Manager or similar motor industry role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
