Our E-Business continues to expand, incorporating vending technology, scanners, on-line sales and selling, coupled with social and video marketing.
Our strength is our Direct Sales Force of which we have the largest in Ireland with over 70 directly employed Sales Representatives on the road selling, servicing, and supporting our growing customer base. Our main industry sectors are: Automotive Aftermarket, Engineering & MRO, Construction, Renewables as well as Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. Within our company's headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 60 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics. We are now looking to hire an eBusiness Support Executive at our head office.
Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage e-procurement connections for customers.

Serve as the main point of contact for EDI technical setups, and post-setup queries/issues. Technical setups include the creation of static catalogues, OCI/ cXML punchouts and the integration of processes (Automated Order, Invoices Credit notes)

Liaise with IT teams and external stakeholders regarding integration requirements.

Analyse connectivity requests and propose best solutions for eProcurement processes.

Create test scenarios emulating live situations, including test orders, order releases, invoices, and credit notes on the companies ERP (SAP)

Manage and maintain eProcurement platform configurations and system settings.

Collaborate with various Wurth colleagues from different countries to ensure successful implementation of e-procurement solutions.

Maintain accurate records of all activities and ensure deadlines are met.

Investigate and resolve ERP-related issues affecting online customer orders and log-ins

Resolve eBusiness related queries from Sales Reps

Monitor promotional stock levels

Produce and maintain regular performance reports and KPI dashboards for management and specialist teams.

Act as the business owner for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), developing dashboards and reporting solutions to support business decision-making.

Support the automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes across eBusiness systems and platforms.

Gather, organise and maintain eBusiness marketing assets, ensuring all videos, images, presentations and supporting materials are centrally stored and up to date.

Maintain and develop customer-facing presentations and demonstration materials for Wurth's digital solutions portfolio.

Analyse eBusiness performance data and provide insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of eProcurement processes (desirable)

Previous experience using as an SAP ERP (advantageous)

Experience working with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or similar) would be advantageous.

Strong analytical skills for connectivity solution analysis

Excellent record-keeping abilities

Experience with Microsoft Excel and functionality for data analyses (pivot tables, etc.)

Effective time and deadline management

Presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven problem-solving abilities.
