AI Adoption Specialist
Location: Hybrid / Office Based
We're looking for an enthusiastic AI Adoption Specialist to help our teams embrace AI and improve the way we work.
This isn't a software development or data science role. Instead, you'll work with departments across the business to identify where AI can make a real difference, demonstrate the right tools, deliver engaging training, and help teams confidently integrate AI into their everyday workflows.
What you'll be doing
- Identify practical opportunities to improve productivity using AI.
- Deliver workshops, demonstrations, and one-to-one coaching.
- Recommend the most appropriate AI tools for different teams and use cases.
- Develop simple guidance, best practices, and training materials.
- Work with Operations, Engineering, Customer Support, Project Management, and other departments to embed AI into day-to-day processes.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and assess how they could benefit the business.
We're looking for someone who has
- Experience in process improvement, business analysis, training, continuous improvement, digital transformation, or a similar role.
- A passion for AI and familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or other productivity-focused AI platforms,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to train people at all levels
- The ability to develop tools that departments can utilise to remove tedious and time-consuming work
- The ability to explain technology in a simple, practical way.
Desirable
- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, warehouse automation, engineering, or industrial environments.
- Experience delivering training or facilitating workshops.
