Painter & Decorator Required – Full Time
Byrd Painting & Decorating is looking for an experienced and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our growing team.
The role will involve:
- Interior and exterior painting and decorating works.
- Surface preparation including filling, sanding, caulking and priming.
- Applying paints, stains and finishes to a high standard.
- Wallpaper hanging experience is desirable but not essential.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Working independently and as part of a team on residential and commercial projects.
Requirements:
- Previous painting and decorating experience essential.
- Full driving licence preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude towards clients.
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates are an advantage but not essential.
