Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound Customer Service & Call Answering
- Answer inbound telephone calls confidently and professionally in the exact manner specified by individual clients.
- Accurately capture detailed message information and log details seamlessly into the message database.
- Forward message information to clients promptly and reliably via designated channels (email, SMS, or system transfers).
- Manage diary appointments, booking schedules, and provide basic information about clients’ services to their callers as required.
2. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound sales outreach to prospective business clients to introduce Kendlebell’s services.
- Follow up on warm inbound marketing leads, inquiries, and quotes via phone and email.
- Maintain and update CRM records with clean data, tracking pipelines and scheduling follow-up communications.
3. Sales & Marketing Support
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across Kendlebell’s social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness.
- Email Marketing: Help design, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns aimed at lead nurturing and client retention.
- Content Assistance: Help draft simple marketing copy, newsletters, or promotional updates.
4. General & Ad Hoc Administration
- Support the management team with daily office administrative duties as they arise.
- Maintain clean office records and assist with general data entry or documentation projects.
Key Performance Criteria
- Professional Presence: Telephones must be handled with a confident, efficient, and professional phone manner.
- Proactivity & Initiative: A driven attitude toward executing marketing tasks and reaching out to potential new business clients.
- Reliability: Message delivery and outbound follow-ups must be executed promptly without delay.
Pay: €14.15 per hour
Education:
- Leaving Certificate (preferred)
