The Role
As a Bartender at DÍON, you’ll be the heartbeat of our bar — You’ll bring energy, confidence, and personality to every drink and every guest interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer to the highest standards
- Deliver engaging, warm, and knowledgeable service behind the bar
- Support in cocktail preparation, mise en place, and daily bar setup/close-down
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar at all times
- Work closely with the management and floor teams to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Learn and execute the Díon cocktail list to perfection, while staying curious and creative
- Adhere to all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene procedures
- Contribute to the energy and atmosphere of the venue during service
About You
- You have at least 3 years’ bar experience in a high-volume or premium venue
- You’re confident, charismatic, and guest-focused
- You have solid cocktail knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm under pressure
- You’re reliable, well-presented, and work well within a team
- You’re excited to be part of something new and to grow with the business
