Good Counsel Nursing Home is a purpose built nursing home based in Limerick City. We are currently seeking a Chef / Cook to work 8.30 to 5.30 for seven days every two weeks.
The candidate must be available to work a flexible roster (i.e. different days each week)
Prospective candidates will be required to complete Garda Vetting other required training courses prior to commencement.
Previous kitchen experience required. Ideally the candidate will also have HACCP completed.

Given the nature of the work, it must be stressed that maximum flexibility is required to work in the nursing home. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder periodically by the Home Manager.
