Company Information and Introduction:
About Inclusive Living
The values and vision of Inclusive Living Ireland are built on three simple promises: to promote independence, to protect individuals, and to uphold integrity in all that we do. We are a rights-based, neuroaffirmative, and trauma-informed service, working within a relational model that centres trust, co-regulation, and authentic human connection. Our approach is firmly guided by the social model of disability – which recognises that people are disabled not by thei differences, but by the barriers in society. This means we do not see disability as a limitation to be “fixed”, but as part of a person’s identity to be respected and supported. We aim to empower adults with complex needs including intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder and/ or acquired brain injuries, to enjoy everyday living irrespective of the complexity of their needs through the provision of appropriate quality care and support. Our services will provide residential community homes with high quality care and support to adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder and/ or acquired brain injuries.
For us, support is never just about providing care – it is about listening, building meaningful relationships, and walking alongside each person as they shape their own life. Residents are empowered to take part in the community daily and build appropriate relationships with peers and community supports to live life to their maximum potential.
