The Opportunity
Fannin is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to own and lead the marketing strategy for its medical devices portfolio in Ireland. This is a hands-on, player–manager role with full accountability for strategy, budget, execution, and results. The role offers genuine ownership, close collaboration with Sales and suppliers, and the opportunity to shape commercial growth.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and own the marketing strategy and annual marketing plans aligned to commercial objectives
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring prioritisation, ROI, and performance tracking
Lead and develop two direct reports (Product / Portfolio Marketing and Digital Marketing)
Act as a player–manager, remaining hands-on in key launches, campaigns, and initiatives
Lead product and portfolio marketing across the lifecycle, working closely with supplier principals
Partner with Sales teams to enable effective selling through tools, training, and campaigns
Generate, analyse, and interpret marketing and commercial data to guide decision-making and demonstrate impact
Experience & profile:
Strong marketing experience within medical devices or related healthcare sectors
Proven experience creating and delivering marketing strategy and managing budgets
Deep sectoral knowledge and strong understanding of clinical and procurement environments
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and supplier partners
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
Proven people manager with a player–manager mindset
