We are seeking a skilled Maitre D to join our team. We are looking to develop our restaurant and food service by providing exceptional hospitality services, offer honest, local and well prepared food. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and possess excellent communication skills. This is a senior role within our team.
You will need to:
-Be involved in developing our wine lists
-Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
-Ensure guests are attended to promptly and courteously
-Manage reservations and maintain the booking system
-Oversee dining room operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
-Assist in coordinating with the kitchen staff for efficient service
-Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
-Train in new staff to the companies standards

Pay: Up to €17.90 per hour
