As a Chef, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring food preparation and presentation meet our high standards. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your assigned section.
Assist in developing new menu items and specials.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to minimise waste.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and apprentices.
Ensure consistency in portion sizes and food quality.
Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
Follow health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times.
Pay: €36,605.00 per year
