We are seeking a fully qualified electrician and an electrical apprentice join our team, working on commissioning projects at sites throughout Ireland and the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician interested in developing their commissioning skills. Full site-specific training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical commissioning, testing and fault-finding on site.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
- Identify and resolve electrical issues safely and efficiently.
- Complete commissioning records and site documentation accurately.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors and other site personnel.
- Follow all company and site health and safety procedures.
- Travel to project sites across Ireland and the UK as required.
Requirements
- Fully qualified electrician with a recognised electrical trade qualification.
- Practical experience in electrical installation, testing or maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a site team.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Valid driving licence.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Ireland and the UK.
- Eligibility to work at the relevant project locations.
Previous commissioning experience is an advantage but is not essential, as full site training will be provided.
