MCR Group is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Janitor for a permanent position based in the Dublin 2 area.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Saturday, 08:00–16:00.
Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general janitorial duties and supporting the day-to-day running of the site. Duties will include:
- General janitorial duties across the site
- Preparing and setting up meeting rooms
- Power washing external estate areas
- Tap flushing and keeping accurate records of when this has been completed
- Supporting weekly events as required
- Reporting any issues or maintenance concerns to the Site Manager
- Ensuring all areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable
- Following site procedures and health and safety requirements at all times
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial, cleaning, or facilities experience is preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to support site requirements and weekly events where needed
