About Us
Night Owls Decorators is a growing family-run property maintenance company working across more than 300 managed properties in Dublin.
We specialise in preparing apartments between tenancies, including painting, repairs, maintenance and final presentation for new tenants.
We’re looking for someone who wants a long-term position, enjoys practical work, and can take responsibility for their own jobs.
This is NOT an entry-level role.
We are looking for someone who can work independently.
After discussing the day’s work in the morning, you should be able to organise your own tasks, solve small problems yourself, and only contact us if something genuinely requires attention.
If you need constant reminders throughout the day, this role will not be the right fit.
Your Responsibilities
Interior painting
Cutting-in
Filling and sanding
Silicone replacement
Replacing damaged fittings
Door handles
Window handles
Locks
Light switches
Door stops
Blind repairs
Small carpentry repairs
Basic plumbing repairs
General property maintenance
Collecting materials when required
Keeping tools clean and organised
Reporting completed work each evening
Notifying management immediately if:
- materials are running low
- additional work is discovered
- something cannot be completed
- extra parts are required
What We’re Looking For
You have at least 3 years’ experience in painting or property maintenance.
You take pride in producing neat work.
You don’t leave unfinished jobs without communicating.
You notice problems before someone asks you.
You can organise your own workload.
You treat company tools as if they were your own.
You can understand written and spoken instructions in either:
A driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm
42:30 hours per week
Occasional overtime available.
Locations
Work takes place across Dublin including:
Cherrywood
Dundrum
Lucan
City Centre
South Dublin
Company transport may be available depending on experience.
