We will be a late night venue made up of 3 distinct outlets offering the finest of Wines, Draught Beers, Spirits and Cocktails.

We ask that our applicants have previous experience in busy venues that specialised in top class customer service.

The Role will include responsibilities such as:
Team Leadership & Staff Management
· Hire, train and schedule bartenders, barbacks and floor staff in Cruises, N0. 41 and Queen’s
· Motivate staff and maintain high morale
· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
Foster a Positive and High Performance culture
Customer Experience
- Ensure guests receive top-tier service
- Resolve complaints or issues swiftly and professionally
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the venue’s brand
Ensure exceptional service standards and handle customer feedback with empathy and professionally.
Inventory & Stock Control
· Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, and supplies
· Conduct Stocktake
· Place orders with suppliers and negotiate pricing
· Minimize waste and track usage to control costs
Present ideas to maximise stock efficiency, minimise holding stock and limit waste
Financial Oversight
- Manage budgets and track bar profitability
- Handle cash flow, reconcile tills, and oversee POS systems
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality
Ensure we are running our business at it’s most profitable
Compliance & Safety
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Ensure staff are trained in responsible alcohol service
- Maintain licenses and adhere to local regulations
Our business and its atmosphere are fundamental but the safety of our customers and employees are paramount
Menu & Event Planning
- Collaborate on drink menus and seasonal specials
- Organize bar promotions, themed nights, and private events with the assistance of other management, Brands and Chefs
- Stay ahead of trends in mixology and customer preferences
· Liaise with customers and colleagues in organising bookings and help with the planning of their events
Consistency is key but imagination and fluidity help grow our business
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily bar operations and shift transitions. Ensuring checklists are followed through
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of bar equipment
- Analyse sales data to improve efficiency and offerings
- Maintain a positive work environment ensuring morale is high and Negativity is low
