Here at Cian‘s Home care we are delighted to be opening our centre designated for young children with intellectual disabilities.
Job Description: As the PIC, you will lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality care, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. You’ll be responsible for managing the team, creating a safe and nurturing environment, and developing personalized care plans for children. As the PIC you will be responsible for one designated centre (one house). The PIC will be supported in their role by a full time Deputy Manager and a Team Leader.
Qualifications Required: A Level 7/ 8 qualification in Social Care, Nursing, or a related field. Minimum of three years' experience in a management role within a care setting. Excellent knowledge of HIQA standards.

Pay: €55,000.00-€62,000.00 per year
