Job description:
Please note this job is only open to applicants who can work week days through out the year.
You will be working in the very busy & popular, Award Winning , “Dan Buckleys Bar” at The 4 Star Castle Hotel & Leisure Centre , where we have an all day trade which goes from Morning Coffees to busy Lunch & through to an A La Carte Barfood Menu in the evenings.
From time to time you will help with Weddings & Functions in “The Ardilaun Suite”.
Main Duties :
- Make a comprehensive range of drinks from coffees to cocktails and everything in between
- Build a connection with both locals and visiting guests
- Ensure the bar is kept clean and tidy at all times

Ideal Candidate:
- Must have Excellent Customer Care skills
- Should have previous experience in a similar role
- Have an interest in progressing in the hospitality industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €14.20-€14.80 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Macroom, County Cork: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
