We operate a full property maintenance service covering a multiple of services across all trades. Both reactive, planned & preventative works for a variety of clients.
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused office administrator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing service requests and inquiries via calls & emails.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for field technicians
- Track and monitor service jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers about service status, delays, or additional needs
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer communications
- Collaborate with the service team to optimize schedules and dispatch resources effectively
- Handle billing and invoicing for completed services
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service or administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience in the service industry or technical field (preferred)
