The Food and Beverage Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting daily restaurant and bar operations, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner.
· Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
· Prepare tables and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
· Assist with food and drink preparation when required.
· Handle customer requests and resolve complaints politely.
· Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
· Support the team during busy service periods.
· Process payments and operate the cash register if needed.
Requirements
