We're recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational organisation for a permanent opportunity within a major oil refinery in Cork. This role offers the chance to lead mechanical maintenance and project activities while working in a safety-first, world-class industrial environment.
What We're Looking For
- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter, Pipefitter, or Mechanical Engineering background
- 8–10+ years' experience in heavy industrial environments
- Previous supervisory experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Power Generation, or similar process industries
- Strong leadership, planning, and safety management skills
- Experience with shutdowns, maintenance, and contractor management
