Leisure Horse Ireland is seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day‑to‑day running of our busy office. This is a key role within a small, professional team and would suit someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working in a structured but friendly environment.
The Office Administrator will provide administrative and clerical support across the organisation, ensuring that office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Previous experience in an office administration role is essential
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Reliable, discreet and trustworthy
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and day‑to‑day office support
- Answering phones, managing emails and correspondence
- Data entry, record keeping and database management
- Filing, document control and preparation of reports
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and external bodies
- Supporting compliance, registrations and documentation
- Assisting management with ad‑hoc administrative tasks
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance‑based environment
- Familiarity with databases or record systems
- An interest in or understanding of the equine sector
